Beryl is a costume designer and assistant designer based in Los Angeles working across TV, film, and live events. She has designed more than 25 productions, including feature films, theater shows, and activations. Her work is grounded in character analysis and research — approaching each project as both an artist and a tactician. Whether designing or supporting a team, she brings a cultural sensitivity, technical fluency, and a strong sense of creative partnership and fun to every production.
Beryl holds an MFA in Costume Design from California Institute of the Arts and BA in Japanese Language/ Theater from Smith College. A member of Local 892 Costume Designers Guild and Local 705 Motion Picture Costumers, she also trained in traditional kimono dressing in at the Miyabi Yuki kimono school in Kyoto, Japan.
